Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
